Stryve has won the Cyber Security Company of the Year at the EU Cyber Awards hosted by the ICTTF (International Cyber Threat Task Force).
The black-tie event took place on Thursday, October 6th, at The Grand Hotel in Dublin. 250 industry and business leaders attended the event. Stryve was shortlisted for two awards in the EU Cyber Awards and prevailed in the Cyber Security Company of the Year category.
Earlier this year, Stryve also collected the Best Cyber Security and Compliance award at the Chamber Ireland, In Business Recognition Awards. With two cyber security awards to its credit this year, Stryve is going from strength to strength.
Speaking at the event, CEO Andrew Tobin commented,
“Everyone at Stryve is enjoying the success that we have achieved this year. Partnering with our digital sister company, Stratticus, in London, expanding our team in Europe and at our tech hub in Morocco. Adding another cyber security award to our collection is such a bonus. We are delighted with this recognition.”
Stryve’s ambition is to become Europe's largest private cloud company. Its clients are SMEs, start-ups, Governments and private contracts across 20 European countries. Headquartered in Carlow, Stryve has two European sales offices (London and Warsaw). The company has doubled its staff this year and was proud to be certified as carbon neutral in 2021. Stryve announced a €1M UK merger this year and opened a tech hub in Morocco. The rapidly expanding tech company remains committed to providing personal service and offers 24/7 support from a real person.
October is EU Cybersecurity Month, a European-wide campaign which aims to raise awareness for cyber security with SMEs across Europe.
Stryve’s cutting-edge technology ensures fully private security solutions, guaranteed data sovereignty and rapid recovery time. An exemplary track record and immutable (ransomware-proof) back-ups are additional benefits of Stryve’s technology. The AI-driven tech ensures that breaches are pre-empted and solved before becoming problematic. Security solutions are custom-built to meet clients' exact needs and can grow with their business to ensure that they always have fit-for-purpose cybersecurity.
The EU Cyber Awards for Cyber Security Company of the Year is Stryve's first international award recognition.
In the words of the ICTTF, “The Cyber Security Company of the Year excels, not only in their field but considers their place on the world stage and how their business is part of the evolution of business, security and indeed society.”
Stryve agrees, CEO Andrew Tobin said, “That sums up what Stryve is all about. Thank you, ICTTF and all involved and congratulations to our team.”
